I also share Jeongki’s concerns, in that the new Wednesday MAC calls will end very late in Asia (2am in Japan/Korea) and since the next day is a working day, its tough to manage. Personally I would have preferred to stay with the Friday 10am ET calls since we can rest the next day. In your previous agenda, you had it as Wednesday or Friday, so I was assuming we would have further discussions on it. Perhaps we could run a simple SP (10am ET Wednesdays or 10am ET Fridays) during the next MAC call to gauge people’s preferences and go with the majority?

Thanks for the suggestion. 

 

The 10:00am schedule was chosen to be consistent with the schedules we had for MAC ad-hoc calls scheduled on Fridays, which accounted for member's feedback to have the schedule EU friendly.

Like the existing TGbe conference calls, can we change the start time of some calls (e.g., May 27, June 10, 24, July 1) from 10:00 ET to 19:00 ET?

I don’t think they are conflicted with other TG’s calls.

As discussed during last Friday's TGbe MAC ad-hoc conference call I am announcing, with 10 day advanced notice, an additional 8 conference calls for the MAC ad-hoc group. The schedules are as follows:

-          May 20                             (Wednesday) – MAC                                   10:00-13:00 ET

-          May 27                             (Wednesday) – MAC                                   10:00-13:00 ET

-          June 3                               (Wednesday) – MAC                                   10:00-13:00 ET

-          June 10                             (Wednesday) – MAC                                   10:00-13:00 ET

-          June 17                             (Wednesday) – MAC                                   10:00-13:00 ET

-          June 24                             (Wednesday) – MAC                                   10:00-13:00 ET

-          July 1                                (Wednesday) – MAC                                   10:00-13:00 ET

-          July 8                                (Wednesday) – MAC                                   10:00-13:00 ET

 

They will appear in the next teleconferences agenda.
