[STDS-802-11-TGBE] D0.01 (skeleton for TGbe draft amendment) is uploaded to Members Area

Hi Alfred and all.

D0.01, which is a skeleton of the TGbe draft amendment, is posted to the IEEE 802.11 Members Area (http://www.ieee802.org/11/private/index.shtml).

The skeleton is prepared by using IEEE 802.11ax draft amendment as a reference.  The section title and locations would be adjusted based on the D0.1 spec text submission.
