This version converts all green texts to grey, and removes the text of Straw Poll #169 from Section 2 because of Motion 122.

This version adds the straw poll results of the PHY call on August 17, 2020, and the MAC call on August 19, 2020, and updates the text in sections 2.1.1, 2.3, 2.5.1, 2.6.2, 2.6.3, 2.7.1, 2.8, 6.2.1, and 6.12 according to the passed straw polls.
