Subject: [STDS-802-11-TGBE] TGbe Teleconferences [09/09/2020 & 09/10/2020]: Agenda Posted - WITH LINK FIXED

Hello all,

I uploaded an updated version of the agendas, which contains the agenda for the next conference calls, scheduled on Wednesday, September 09 (MAC only), 10:00-13:00 ET and Thursday, September 10 (MAC/PHY).

The agendas can be found here:

The dial in details can be found in the IEEE 802.11 calendar in their respective entries. The calendar can be accessed from this webpage.

Please note that each of the Agendas (MAC of Sept 09th and PHY of Sept 10th, noting that MAC call of 10th will inherit from MAC 09th) contains a table with a list of all the PDTs for MAC and PHY.

The tables contain the columns listed below:

Not Uploaded

Uploaded

And Presented

And Passed StrawPoll

* If your document is listed under the NOT Uploaded column please ensure that your document is uploaded to the IEEE mentor website as soon as possible, and not later than Wednesday 09th of September (EOD ET)

* if your document is listed under Uploaded please ensure that an e-mail thread is initiated through the TGbe reflector to gather feedback by TTTs and other members. These documents will be added by default for presentation in their respective ad-hoc sessions (priority is based on the revision number).

* If your document is listed under And Presented then the document will be added by default to the agenda of the subsequent conference call for running the SP (as usual members can ask for deferral e.g., if there was not sufficient time to review the document, however members are strongly encouraged to review the documents asap).

* If your document is listed under And Passed StrawPoll then the document is considered to be stable and the TGbe editor is working to include its contents to the candidate TGbe D0.1.

Please let me know if you have any questions and/or suggestions.

Best Regards,

Alfred
