Edward,

Yes, Wook Bong is correct, SP224 is in the PHY Capabilities.

Regards,
Steve

Wook Bong commented that #SP224 is covered by your TTT on PHY Capabilities Information field - can you confirm if you take it to your TTT?

Hi Wook Bong,

I have added #SP223 to your TTT "Spatial stream and MIMO protocol enhancement-General, including frame
formats for EHT MIMO Control field, EHT Compressed Beamforming Report field, and EHT MU Exclusive Beamforming Report field".

Regards,
Edward

Sure Wook Bong.

Thanks.

Edward, if  SP #224 is covered by Steve’s topic, can you please add me as TTT.
Thanks.

Hi Genadiy,

Thanks for clarification.
The Ng values are the same as defined in 802.11ax.
·
NOTE – This is for R1.

[Motion 135, #SP223, [48] and [147]]

The Ng mandatory/optional support requirement is the same as in 802.11ax.
·
NOTE – This is for R1.

[Motion 135, #SP224, [48] and [147]]
#223 is already part of D0.3 (11-20/1836r7).
#224 sounds like for capabilities.

As far as I know Steve Shellhammer (QCM) is PoC for PHY capabilities.

Best regards,
Wook Bong Lee

Hi Wook Bong.

Thank you!!
It was my typo

Hi Genadiy,

I checked 135, #SP234 and #235.
An EHT NDP transmission uses an 802.11ac/802.11ax like method of signaling an NDP.

·
L-SIG length along with N_LTF/N_STS and the number of EHT-SIG symbols can be used at the receiver to conclude that there are no data symbols.

[Motion 135, #SP234, [48] and [51]]
The DUPed transmission in EHT is signaled using a value of the MCS field in EHT-SIG user field of the SU transmission.

[Motion 135, #SP235, [48] and [51]]

These are not related to NDP-A design.

Genadiy, we have a NDP-A text and it is approved, will be added in D0.3 (please refer
11-20/1836r7).
Currently Rui Cao (NXP) is working on Partial BW Info related text.

Also, I have another PDT (11-21/11r2)
which is sounding protocol as a second part of Spatial Stream and MIMO Protocol topic. It has been presented, but not yet finalized.
Again, Rui is working on Partial BW Info related.

Please give us your comment.

Best regards,
Wook Bong Lee

Hello Edward.
I would like to volunteer to take care of the following motions:

Motion 135: SP234, SP235 – I think I can do it as TTT of Spatial Stream and MIMO Protocol topic, or we can open a new topic specifically related to NDPA
design (if so I can volunteer as POC).

Motion 124, SP189 – I suggest to open a new topic of Co-UL MU-MIMO for R2 and I can volunteer as POC
