Yes. Carrying multiple elements with the same element ID in a frame is not an issue I believe. We already have several examples in baseline: e.g. Beacon frames can carry more than one broadcast TWT elements or RNR elements. For ML elements,
the Type field will differentiate the information carried in each.

carriers TID-to-link mapping?

Sorry, I missed to review your PDT earlier. As I mentioned during the call, we can easily incorporate the TID-to-link mapping element as a new variant of the ML element. That was one reason we decided to add the Type field in ML element,
so that we can save new element extension IDs. I have made the changes in the attached for your review, hope you can consider.
