Thank you for bring up this.
I checked the original version of the documents with 20/1290r3 and 21/153r0.
It shows the 14568 as Jianhan mentioned as in captured below.
It seems editorial typo.
There is no comment on it but based on original PDT document, I guess carefully that Edward can fix it as editorial update without PDT?
Or I am the POC in charge of this subclause, so I can fix it when comments are resolved.

Our colleague found a typo the red box in the following table. It should be 14568, NOT 14586. I do not know if there is a comment on it.
