Each such quiet interval, referred to as an overlapping quiet interval in this subclause, shall have a duration of 1 TU, and shall start at the same time as the corresponding restricted TWT service period.

Now, I understand what you are saying. 

Each such quiet interval, referred to as an overlapping quiet interval in this subclause, has a duration of 1 TU, and starts at the same time as the corresponding restricted TWT service period.

 

Can you change this to "shall" for more clarification?

AP AP MLD shall set the Quiet Duration field in the Quiet element specifying each quiet interval, referred to as an overlapping quiet interval in this subclause, to 1 TU, and shall set the Quiet Count, Quiet Period, and Quiet Offset fields to values that makes the start time of the quiet interval to be the same as that of the corresponding restricted TWT service period.
