Hi Eunsung, Thanks. I am not sure whether the addition will create another confusion, e.g. whether BSS bandwidth != AP’s operating bandwidth. @Jianhan, what do you think? Best regards, Wook Bong Lee

Hi Wookbong, In my understanding, AP’s capability (i.e., maximum operating channel width) can be wider than the BSS bandwidth but if the BSS bandwidth is fixed, that may be the AP’s
operating bandwidth as you said below. Do you think since the spec already says
“within the BSS bandwidth” we don’t have to further clarify AP’s capability regarding operating channel width? Or do you have any suggestion for the clarification? Best regards, Eunsung

Hi Eunsung, Thanks for your effort. AP’s operating channel width is same as a BSS bandwidth? Best regards, Wook Bong Lee

Hi All, Based on the today’s discussion and the SP result in 786r0, I revised the document. Please see the attached document. I kept
“shall be able to” and added a sentence to address the Jianhan’s comment regarding AP’s capability. If you have further comments, please let me know. Best regards, Eunsung To unsubscribe from the STDS-802-11-TGBE list, click the following link:
