I would suggest a different approach as elaborating in the definition is not appropriate. I would challenge the "where one link
is designated as a primary link" as more information than is appropriate in defining the term (it is a technical characteristic of an NSTR, the thing to which the term refers).
Which is elaborative information not appropriate in clause 3.
But the thread seems to be heading in the opposite direction

I presented the following new definition in TGbe today, as a proposed resolution to CID 11177:
nonsimultaneous transmit and receive (NSTR) mobile access point (AP): An AP multi-link
device (MLD) with one NSTR link pair, where one link is designated as a primary link.
It was pointed out that there is no explanation of the word "mobile" within the definition itself. Would anyone be brave enough to suggest some revised text? Thanks.
