I am in favor of Eduard's addition - as he mentioned, it is keeping with the text in sub-clause 35.3.19.
One other thing: the text in
sub-clause 35.3.19 consistently uses the term "NSTR mobile AP MLD". (It is even in the name of the sub-clause.) The text of the definition reflects the multi-link characteristics, which are critical to operation, so I think we should include
"multi-link device" in the term being defined:
nonsimultaneous transmit and receive (NSTR) mobile access point (AP)* multi-link device (MLD): A mobile device, typically battery powered, operating as an AP MLD with one NSTR link pair, where one link is designated as a primary link.
