Hi Stephen, I’m afraid your proposed definition doesn’t capture the spirit of mobile AP. See the following reference sentence copy from 21/1180r2: Mobile APs are anticipated to be lower power, smaller form factor devices with more limited processing capability than APs, and generally with fewer STAs associated.
