[STDS-802-11-TGBE] 113 CIDs without DCN + Rev 38 of the comment spreadsheet posted

Dear Alfred and all,

I've posted revision 38 of the comment spreadsheet on LB266, which updated the status of selected CIDs that are ready for motion after the end of the joint call yesterday (December 14, 2022), updated PoC assignments of selected CIDs, and filled in DCNs of about 100 CIDs per the request we have received over the past 24 hours.  The spreadsheet is available at:

As of now, there are still 113 CIDs without DCN.  Per Alfred's guidance, please kindly let us know the DCN if you are the PoC of these CIDs.
