Here is a rough map of the Broadcom San Jose office showing which building is E2 and the approximate location of the lobby of E2.

Hello all,

 

TGbe will hold a MAC ad-hoc meeting between 10th and 12th of May 2023, hosted by Broadcom Inc. in San Jose, California, USA.

 

The MAC ad-hoc will be held at the location below:

                             Broadcom, Building E2

                             280 Innovation Drive

                                San Jose, CA 95134

                             United States

 

Detailed agenda will be available prior to the meeting but generally the expectation is to have:

  1. Wednesday (May 10):       MAC Ad-Hoc  during              AM1, AM2, PM1, and PM2
  2. Thursday (May 11):            MAC Ad-Hocs  during            AM1, AM2, PM1, and PM2
  3. Friday (May 12):                 MAC Ad-Hocs  during            AM1, AM2,  and PM1


Where the sessions are expected to be:

AM1:     09:00 – 10:30

AM2:     10:45 – 12:15

PM1:     13:30 – 15:30

PM2:     16:00 – 18:00

 

Web conferencing links ( WebEx) will be available for remote participation.

 

In-person attendance of this meeting requires registration. To register please send me an e-mail to Matthew Fischer (matthew.fischer at broadcom.com)  with the following subject: “TGbe Ad Hoc May Attendance Request”, and include in the e-mail body the details for each in-person attendee (1. name, 2. company, 3. e-mail address, 4. vegetarian meal request). The deadline to send the registration e-mail is April 28th 2023.
