[STDS-802-11-TGBE] Rev 26 of the comment spreadsheet posted + updated statistics

The latest version, revision 26, of the comment spreadsheet on LB271 is available at:

This version includes the updated status of selected CIDs as per the outcome of the June 12th MAC ad-hoc teleconference.  Selected CIDs are also reassigned.

As of today (June 13, 2023), out of the 3343 received comments,

a)  2145 comments approved

b)  282 comments presented but there are no consensus yet

c)  827 comments pending for resolution

d)  89 comments ready for motion (or pulled out of the motion)
