[STDS-802-11-TGBE] Rev 27 of the comment spreadsheet posted + updated statistics

The latest version, revision 27, of the comment spreadsheet on LB271 is available at:

This version includes the updated status of selected CIDs as per the outcome of the June 14th MAC ad-hoc teleconference.

As of today (June 16, 2023), out of the 3343 received comments,

a)  2145 comments approved

b)  299 comments presented but there are no consensus yet

c)  801 comments pending for resolution

d)  98 comments ready for motion (or pulled out of the motion)
