[STDS-802-11-TGBE] TGbe Announcement: San Diego MAC Ad-Hoc Meeting, 9-10 November 2023 - Reminder

Hello all,

Please consider this as a gentle reminder regarding the registration for the MAC ad-hoc meeting.
Also attached you may find a slightly updated invite letter with some more instructions on how to reach the meeting location from main airports in the area.

Hello all,

 

TGbe will hold a MAC ad-hoc meeting between 9th and 10th of November 2023 at Qualcomm Headquarters in San Diego, California, USA.

 

The MAC ad-hoc will be held at the location below:

                             S-220, Building S,

                             5535 Morehouse Dr,

                             San Diego, California 92121

                             United States


Detailed agenda will be available prior to the meeting but generally the expectation is to have:

  1. Thursday (Nov 9):             MAC Ad-Hoc  during              AM1, AM2, PM1, and PM2
  2. Friday (Nov 10):                MAC Ad-Hocs  during            AM1, AM2, PM1, and PM2

Where the sessions are expected to be:

AM1:     09:00 – 10:30

AM2:     10:45 – 12:15

PM1:     13:30 – 15:30

PM2:     16:00 – 18:00

 

Web conferencing links ( WebEx) will be available for remote participation.

 

In-person attendance of this meeting requires registration. To register please send me an e-mail (asterjadhi at gmail.com) with the following subject: “TGbe Ad Hoc November Attendance Request”, and include in the e-mail body the details for each in-person attendee (name, mobile number, e-mail address). The deadline to send the registration e-mail is  October 31st 2023.
