Dear Alfred and 802.11be members,

For Figure 9-511 (FT Request frame body), we allocate a value of 4 for the Basic Multi-Link element.

After reviewing the same figure of REVme D5.0, value 4 is already used for RSN extension.  Because of this, we may resort to using the value of 5 for the Basic Multi-Link element. 

Please let me know if there is any comment or concern.
