Yes – the simple way is captured in CIDs:
23147 - Create a new section that lists the MIB variables that operate at the MLD level. Call this section xxx.
35.3.24a (aka xxx) MIB Variables Subject to Inter-Affiliated STA Synchronization Function
“The following MIB variables appear in the MIB of each affiliated STA of an MLD, but in an MLD they are required to be continuously synchronized to the same value across all STAs (see section yyy).

Then, “Convert existing normative text to “as defined in section 35.3.24a”” in multiple places is still required.

35.3.24b (aka yyy) Inter-Affiliated STA Synchronization Function
STAs affiliated with an MLD provide an Inter-Affiliated STA Synchronization Function. The Inter-Affiliated STA Synchronization Function ensures that MLD-level state is kept identical between the STAs.
MLD-level state includes:
- The state variable (see 11.3.1)
- State arising from MLD-level protocols (see 35.3.14.1)
- MLD-level MIB variables (see 35.3.24b)

23148 – as in comment, where xxx is the 35.3.24a mentioned above.
23146 – list these MLD-level stats MIB variables in section xxx/35.3.24a above.
23164 raises an issue that is outside the MIB since it relates to the state variable (and similar parameters). However, the synchronization function expressed in section
35.3.24b /yyy is defined to be general enough to support this use case too.
23165 – try something like:

This e-mail is for CIDs 23012, 23013, 23146, 23147, 23148, 23158, 23159, 23161, 23163, 23164, 23165. Attached with this e-mail is the document (DCN: 24/1051r3) with updated resolutions. These changes specifically pertain to CIDs on groupcast
traffic in AP MLD. I would like to seek members’ feedback on this revised document. I plan to present the revised resolutions on the TGbe call scheduled for July 10th.
Note: For CID 23163, I agree with the commenter in principle. Figure 4-33b will be changed as per the proposed change by the commenter.
@Brian Hart (brianh): During the last TGbe call, you
mentioned that there is a simple way to address the CIDs on MIBs in AP MLD, i.e., 23146, 23147, 23148, 23164, 23165. Can you please provide specific text that can address these CIDs?
