Thanks Oscar for your answer.
I understand the objective of the local reporting case.
A possibility which I can see for local reporting is that the receiver is the initiator. Another possibility is if the sensing receiver is not an
initiator but has some sensing requirements/applications running, it can use the result as local reporting and do non-local reporting to the initiator. These are my thoughts. Thanks. Best Regards, Rajat.

Dear Rajat, Thanks for the question. My answers are inline. On Mon, Dec 6, 2021 at 7:07 PM Rajat PUSHKARNA <rajat.pushkarna@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
Yes, you are right. According to our current SFD, the measurements will be reported back to the initiator (which I called "Nonlocal Reporting"). In my contributions, I am indeed introducing this thing called "Local Reporting". - As you correctly point out, this is
NOT NEW and is already supported in the SFD for the case of the sensing receiver being an initiator ("Case 1"). (Please note that, as any STA can be a sensing initiator, Local Reporting
is an inherent capability of any SFD-compliant STA in order to support the case of the sensing receiver being an initiator.) - However, Local Reporting is not supported in the current SFD for
the case of the sensing receiver being NOT
an initiator ("Case 2") - which is why I submitted my contributions. As explained in my reply to Mengshi's email, there are several combinations for Nonlocal Reporting and Local Reporting. - Combo 1 - Nonlocal Reporting only. This is supported by our current SFD for
Case 2, but will not happen for
Case 1. - Combo 2 - Local Reporting only. This is supported by our current SFD for
Case 1, but not supported for
Case 2. - Combo 3 - both Nonlocal and Local Reporting. This is supported by current SFD at the initiator for hybrid case of Case 1 and Case 2 (with some receivers being the initiator, and some not). For any receiver not
being the initiator, Nonlocal Reporting will happen to transmit CSI to the initiator. For any receiver being the initiator, Local Reporting would happen. However, our current SFD does NOT support Local Reporting at sensing responders (not initiator) who are
receivers. So I am proposing to support Local Reporting also at sensing responders (not initiator) who are receivers. Thanks,
