[STDS-802-11-TGBF] Factional Scaling Factor Update

All,

 

                After some offline discussions regarding the range of values for Beta in the Fractional Scaling Factor of the CSI formatting, I decided to add an analysis of the probability mass function of Alpha and Beta to my Fractional Scaling Factor simulation.

 

                I added the plots of the probability mass functions for Alpha and Beta to the Backup slides of the revised presentation.

                If anyone has any questions about this feel free to email to this list and I can address questions.
