Hi Xiandong,   By “unsuccessful”, it means that “the current SBP procedure setup failed” (yes, I know English-wise I am not clarifying anything more), but it does not mean the SBP initiator will not retransmit
the SBP setup . In both the cases (case 1: response with status code other than 0, case 2: response not received within TBD ms) it shall be considered unsuccessful. And in both the cases the SBP initiator is free to send SBP request again. I do not think the
current wording prevents the SBP initiator from sending SBP request again after the previous SBP setup became unsuccessful. thanks and regards -Anirud Anirudha (Anirud)  Sahoo (He/Him) https://sites.google.com/view/a-sahoo National Institute of Standards and Technology Wireless Networks Division Communications Technology Lab 100 Bureau Drive, Stop 6730 Gaithersburg, MD  20899 Ph: 301-975-4439 From: stds-802-11-tgbf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <stds-802-11-tgbf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
On Behalf Of ??? Hi Anirud, I have a clarification question regarding the wording “unsuccessful”, does the wording mean that the sensing initiator/SBP initiator will not
retransmit sensing measurement setup request/SBP request frame?  If so, I can understand that the response frame with the status code other than 0 is received by sensing initiator/SBP initiator, but if the response frame is not received within TBD ms,
why do we prohibit the sensing initiator/SBP initiator transmit request frame again? Best regards Xiandong 发件人: Sahoo, Anirudha (Fed) <00001823ca88828f-dmarc-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
