Thanks for all the discussion this morning. What I decided to do was to update Table 9-127i with entries for the different puncturing cases for the 320 MHz NPD.
I also added Ng = 4 for both 160 MHz and 320 MHz, as was pointed out on the call. I cut and pasted the table below, but it only worked as an image, so the red color is missing for the new entries.
This seems like a good approach to me, so my plan is to update the PDT using this approach.
