Yes, I think your proposed texts indicate both cases already.

Btw, there might be a tiny typo here(?):

during the SR2SR variant of a TB sounding phase. -> during the SR2SR variant of a TF sounding phase.

I agree as well. The key idea here is that the AP may send the SR2SR Sounding Trigger frame multiple times. It is up to the AP to decide whether these multiple TFs are sent to different STAs or to the same STA. I believe my proposed text covers both cases.

Regarding your question, I briefly respond to my thoughts below

During the SR2SR phase, the AP can request SR2SR not only from the same TX STA but also from other TX STAs.

Thus, we don't need to limit it to just one TX STA.

How about the AP may first transmit an SR2SR Sounding Trigger frame to STA1 and then send a second SR2SR Sounding Trigger frame to STA1 again? STA1 is the sensing transmitter in both rounds.

Hello TGbf folks,

I am sending this email to solicit feedback on CID 6001, which I presented once last week but received feedback to further consider the proposed resolution.

After another round of thinking, I am proposing the following change.

In the SR2SR variant of a TF sounding phase, the AP solicits SR2SR NDP transmissions from one ~~or more~~ non-AP STAs, on which one or more non-AP STAs perform sensing measurements. The AP may perform the frame exchange of transmitting an SR2SR Sounding Trigger frame and soliciting the SR2SR NDP transmission multiple times during the SR2SR variant of a TB sounding phase.

Reasons for proposed changes are:

Each SR2SR Sounding Trigger frame will only solicit one SR2SR NDP transmission from one non-AP STA.
During the SR2SR variant of a TB sounding phase, the AP may transmit multiple SR2SR Sounding Trigger frames, each of which is soliciting SR2SR NDP transmission from one non-AP STA. For example, the AP may first transmit an SR2SR Sounding Trigger frame to STA1, and then send another SR2SR Sounding Trigger frame to STA2. I believe this should be allowed.

Change the sentence "In the SR2SR variant of a TF sounding phase, the AP solicits SR2SR NDP transmissions from one or more non-AP STAs, on which one or more non-AP STAs perform sensing measurements." to "In the SR2SR variant of a TF sounding phase, the AP solicits one SR2SR NDP transmission from one non-AP STAs, on which one or more non-AP STAs perform sensing measurements."
