On behalf of the group, thanks for the encouragement and praise, Graham. We will be able to do the WG recirc on D3.0, tomorrow, no problem. I did spend quite a lot of time with the WG leadership discussing various ways to get to SA ballot. All of the scenarios require the D3.0 WG LB to go just right, and further, we'd have to "stretch" a few rules, all to be able to start SA ballot in February. But, starting SA in March is very doable, and even a bit relaxed of a schedule. So, given that our approved timeline says we start SA in March, anyway, I've decided that is not worth the effort, hassle, and honestly some risk, to get D3.0 into SA ballot in February. So, we can now be "leisurely" about processing the WG LB, and get things done cleanly on all the procedures for SA ballot start, on the telcon and in March. So, be looking for some emails that I'll send out with more details about that process, over the coming weeks. Also, must congratulate the TGbh members who assisted in this.
It’s a shame we ran out of time in getting the D3.0 start approved but are you able to still bring it up at the Closing Plenary? If so I am sure you have already thought of it and how to do it. I hope you can.
