Dear Alfred and TGbn members -  I would like to nominate Matthew Fischer, Broadcom, for the position of TGbn Vice Chair.  Matthew has been actively involved in IEEE 802.11 standards development for nearly 20 years. He has made several hundred unique technical submissions to TGbe, TGax, TGah, TGac, TGae, TGn, TGg, TGe and TGm, resulting in major contributions to every commercially successful 802.11 amendment. In addition, he has been intimately involved in the design and development of those amendments during that time, obtaining an extraordinarily deep and broad knowledge of the underlying technologies, engineering tradeoffs, and prerequisites for commercial success.  Matthew is currently serving as Vice Chair of TGbe, and previously served as Secretary of TGae. I am confident he will continue to leverage his knowledge and capabilities to help guide TGbn towards another successful outcome as the basis of the next generation of Wi-Fi.  Best wishes,  Vinko..
