"If a submission request is not sent and/or the submission is not uploaded to mentor by the deadline then that submission will automatically move to the post-F2F queues."
Hello all,
Please make sure that the following are completed by Saturday, 01/13/2024 EOD (ET):
1) Requests for addition to the queues are sent
2) Documents are uploaded to mentor
3) Classifications of the contributions are correct (topic and session) (use
2175r2 as a reference).
If a submission request is not sent and/or the submission is not uploaded to mentor by the deadline then that submission will automatically move to the post-F2F queues.
This info will help organize the agendas for the January F2F so your feedback is very much appreciated.
