Re: [STDS-802-11-TGBN] Announcement: Updated Agenda for TGbn May Interim is Posted

Hi Alfred,

Could you please add the following SP for TGbn MAC on Wednesday AM1 timeslot (Warsaw F2F meeting)?
I had offline discussions with members who had comments during the March meeting and they are now supportive of the SP.

SP on NPCA:
Do you support to define in 11bn a mode of operation that enables a STA to access the secondary channel while the primary channel is known to be busy due to OBSS traffic or other TBD conditions?
–      The mode of operation shall not assume that the STA is capable to detect or decode a frame and obtain NAV information of the secondary channel concurrently with the primary channel.
–      A BSS shall only have a single NPCA primary channel (name TBD) on which the STA contends while the primary channel of the BSS is known to be busy due to OBSS traffic or other TBD conditions.

Note: Discussed in several sessions and several submissions discuss similar concept, ref: 11-23/2005r1, 11-23/2023r1, 11-24/70r1, 11-24/458r0, 11-24/486r0, 11-24/538r0, 11-23/1935r1, 11-23/1913r2, 11-23/1911r0

If I missed any document numbers please let me know.

Thanks,
Minyoung

Hello all,

The updated agenda for TGbn for next week can be found here.

A couple of action items:

- If you have a contribution that is queued in any of next week's sessions and the DCN is in red font it means that the link to the document was not available earlier today. So please make sure the document is uploaded as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

- Requests for addition to the queues should be sent as soon as possible. The deadline for sending the request is Sunday 17:00, CET

- If you have already sent a request please review and let me know if there is any misclassification (session/topic, etc) and let me know (i have processed everything until today noon ET).

- I have allocated 20 minutes at the start of several MAC/Joint sessions for strawpolls for presentations that have already been presented. If you would like to run an SP please start socializing the concept and send a request using the reflector.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Alfred
