Re: [STDS-802-11-TGBN] Updated draft of TGbn Guidelines and POC/TTT assignments

Hello Alfred, Ross and all,

I would like to volunteer for POC/TTT for the following PHY features/sections.

- TTT for DRU

- POC/TTT for Transmitter block diagram (if needed for the initial draft)

- POC/TTT for Transmit specification (if needed for the initial draft)

Best regards,

Yusuke

Subject: [STDS-802-11-TGBN] Updated draft of TGbn Guidelines and POC/TTT assignments

Hello all,

Thanks for all the feedback. Revised version of the guidelines is uploaded:

I started receiving volunteering requests from members for POCs and TTTs (thanks for the prompt availability). For the purposes of the POC/TTT assignment we will use one of the teleconferences of next week (Thursday, October 17th, 2024). We will allocate one hour (extensible if we run out of time) of each PHY and MAC ad-hoc telco, during which the respective ad-hoc chairs will go over the list of PHY and MAC topics and ask for volunteers for both POCs and TTTs.

Let me know if you have any further questions and suggestions.

Regards,

Alfred

Hello all,

I posted https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/24/11-24-1682-00-00bn-tgbn-guidelines.docx which contains an initial draft of the guidelines for TGbn. Most of them are inherited from 11be guidelines (some new parts i have used bold font for ease of identification.

Please take a look at them and let me know of any suggestions and/or feedback.

I also plan to quickly go over some parts of the guidelines during the Joint conf call tomorrow (in particular the item that discusses the preparatory phase for D0.1 since we are getting near to that milestone, and possibly the new parts which account for received suggestions with the intent of further improving our MO).

Regards,

Alfred
