As a POC, I have created an initial PDT document 11-24-1967:

This is initial PDT document r0 for HIP EDCA that include proposed text based on one motion (passed during November session) and on pending SP that can be found in document 11-24//1144r1.

Please feel free to send any comments on the a text by responding to this email.

I assume there might be extensive discussion as text covers both high level SP/motion that was accepted in the last IEEE session as well as SP that is only queued for discussion. This document should help to better understand how the feature work and possible help to expedite our progress.

The text provided in a word document is only subject to motion as part of a complete HIP EDCA PDT document that will be created after all necessary formalities are completed.
