Thanks for your effort.
I have following suggestions.

First, I would like to ask to remove following sections. I am not sure whether we will have UHR specific MIMO Control, Compressed Beamforming and MU Exclusive Beamforming.
Similarly, I don’t see a need for defining UHR NDP. 
9.4.1 Fields are not elements
9.4.1.aaa UHR MIMO Control field
9.4.1.aab UHR Compressed Beamforming Report field
9.4.1.aac UHR MU Exclusive Beamforming Report field
38.3.20.2 UHR beamforming feedback matrix V
38.3.20.3 UHR CQI feedback
38.3.21 Sounding NDP for UHR

Second, I would like to suggest to modify following sections. 
1) Modify or merge '37.6 UHR sounding operation' with '37.6 UHR coordinated beamforming sounding operation'. 
In UHR, maybe only Coordinated Beamforming requires some changes in sounding operation. 
2) Switch '38.3.8 Enhanced long range PPDU' with '38.3.7 Transmitter block diagram' so that location of ELR PPDU subsection can be just after '38.3.6 UHR PPDU formats' subsection.
3) Modify '38.3.20 Beamforming' to '38.3.20 Coordinated Beamforming'
4) Update 'an UHR' to 'a UHR' Someone told me we need to use ‘a’ instead of ‘an’ before UHR.
