Hi Kosuke,
Sure.
Good question, due to the fact that in COBF sequential sounding we have STA responding to cross BSS NDP we wanted to make it clear who is deciding on the parameters of the feedback regardless of which AP sent the NDP. As described in the sounding design the NDPA always addresses in-BSS STA so it is the one deciding on these parameters.
Thanks, Ron

Hi Ron, I have one question about the last sentence in 38.3.20.2
"The transmitter of the NDPA decides the tone grouping and codebook size to be used in the beamforming feedback matrix V. "
Looking at this text alone, there appears to be no difference from the existing procedure.
P.S. Could you add my name to the author list? Kosuke (SONY)

Hi all,
I uploaded the first draft of this PDT in https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/24/11-24-2015-00-00bn-pdt-phy-cobf.docx
Many thanks to Sameer and You-Wei and the other reviewers and contributors who helped get to a first draft.
This PDT is limited to COBF PHY aspects that reside in the PHY section 38.xx . Other aspects related to e.g. sounding or NDPA that are described in sections 37.xx or others will go to other PDTs.
Since the TTT assignment for COBF includes both PHY and MAC I’m not sure I captured all the people that volunteered for the PHY part. If you don’t see your name please email me (privately).
Comments are welcome.
Thanks, Ron
