Hi Alfred,
Thanks for the guidance.
Regarding the following two items, could help clarify some complicated case we faced indeed.
If a CID is incorrectly assigned to a POC (let's call POC A), POC A doesn't reach out of the right POC ( let's call POC B), Instead, POC A reassigned such CID to member C. How to handle such case, do you mean it will go to the last bullet? If so, the rule defined in the first bullet become weakness.
§ Members can send e-mails to report any misclassification (if any) (please send e-mail to assignee (cc-ing TGbn editor and Chair to point out such misclassification ).
· If a CID is incorrectly assigned to a POC then that POC should reach out to the POC of the correct topic so that the correct POC can handle the reassignment.
· TGbn editor may reassign the misclassified CID(s) to the correct POC , or involve the current POC and work on converging on a single assignee.
§ If a comment is assigned to an assignee that is not the POC , then the request for reassignment shall be sent to the current assignee, however the latest assignee is responsible to interact with POC /TTTs to make sure there is no inconsistencies.
Thanks
Best Regards
