Hello all,

Our hosts for the TGbn MAC ad-hoc meeting of January 7 to 9, 2026 kindly provided an invitation letter template that can be used by members that need a visa for the US. Please find such information below and let us know if you have any questions.

Please use the attached invitation letter template and:

Fill in the required information: 1. Applicant official name; 2. Passport Number; 3. Passport issuance date; 4. Passport expiration date; 5. Arrival date; 6. Departure date.
Save and rename the file with the Applicant’s first name and last name in the File name.
Send the updated letter via email to james.yee@xxxxxxxxxxxx by Dec. 5^th, 2025 with the subject “Invitation Letter for TGbn January Ad-Hoc Meeting”

Upon receiving your request, a signed invitation letter will be sent to you via email within 2 business days.
