Hi DBE TTT members,

I have uploaded two DBE CR docs below:

1) 11-25/1980: proposing CRs for following DBE topics:

• DBE mode transmission rules
• TPE information for DBE BW
• Rate control for DBE BW changes

2) 11-25/1978:  proposing CRs for NPCA over DBE BW
