Currently we have two potential date plans for May ad hoc meeting. Can I suggest to choose May 7-9 (Thursday to Saturday)? The reason is that May
1-5 are holidays in China, if we have Ad hoc meeting on May 6-8, the attendees in China have to on travel in the last day of the holiday.
