Hello Jay, Xiangxin, and Yumbo,

Thanks for your thoughts regarding this. I understand the desire to not travel during May 5th for members that have that day as a holiday. However as noted during the Joint session on Thursday the decision to go with Wednesday to Friday takes into consideration that Saturday is not a working day for the majority of the members of the group (both online attendees and in person attendees). This includes the hosting country. 

I wish members that will be traveling on May 5th can take advantage and enjoy the holiday on Saturday in beautiful Antwerp. 

PS: we are still waiting for the final confirmation from the hotel and will send the announcement as soon as this is available.

Hi Alfred,

 

Currently we have two potential date plans for May ad hoc meeting. Can I suggest to choose May 7-9 (Thursday to Saturday)? The reason is that May 1-5 are holidays in China, if we have Ad hoc meeting on May 6-8, the attendees in China have to on travel in the last day of the holiday.
