Hello all,
This is to confirm that the TGbn MAY MAC ad-hoc meeting will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Antwerp, Belgium (same hotel as the IEEE802.11 F2F), between 6 (Wednesday) to 8 (Friday) May 2026.
Both In-Person and Online attendance for the TGbn MAY MAC ad-hoc requires paid registration, which can be done along with the registration for the IEEE 802 May 2026 Interim Session following this link.
TGbn ad-hoc will show as an optional event (in the same page as the registration for the social event). Best to register at the same time as the main F2F meeting, however it is possible to also register later.
In addition, in-person attendance of this meeting requires our usual ad-hoc registration. To register please send me an e-mail (asterjadhi at gmail.com) with the following subject: “TGbn Ad Hoc May Attendance Request”, and include in the e-mail body the details for each in-person attendee (name, e-mail address). The deadline for sending the registration e-mail is April 30th, 2026.
Please ensure that you have paid the registration fee, regardless of whether you are attending the TGbn MAC ad-hoc in person or remotely.
