[STDS-802-11-TGBN] Conflicts in BSS membership selector value encoding

Hello all,

 

For Table 149--BSS membership selector value encoding, the value for UHR PHY (122) conflicts with the value in the baseline REVmf D2.0 (Table 9-165, value 127 to 121 used already, from large value to small value). I will change the value for UHR PHY to 120 with (#Ed) tag, and align the table index etc. to D2.0 in the next revision of 11bn draft.
