[STDS-802-11-TGBN] Agenda Request: two CR docus for PHY SAP comments

Hello, Alfred, 

Please help to add the following two CRs into the PHY adhoc agenda in the plenary week.

Part 1 for comments not in sub-clause 38.2.2:

Part 2 for ocmments in sub-clause 38.2.2:

I'd like to request a time slot in Monday PM1 or Tuesday EVE PHY adhoc meeting for these two CRs, since other PHY adhoc meetings are conflicting with TGbp meetings in the week. Thanks for your consideration in advance!
