In the current D1.4, there is no description of Nonce exchange between the Current AP MLD and the Target AP MLD. The only related description appears in the ST preparation request/response
between the non-AP MLD and the Current AP MLD. However, in the Per-AP MLD PTK mode, Nonce element shall be transferred for PTK derivation (the current AP MLD needs to send the SNonce to the target AP MLD, and the target AP MLD needs to send the ANonce to the
current AP MLD).
Based on the discussion with you in March meeting, you believed that the ST prep request/response cannot be used for the interaction between the current AP MLD and the target AP
MLD.
However, the nonce transmission is bidirectional: the current AP MLD needs to send the SNonce to the target AP MLD, and the target AP MLD needs to send the ANonce to the current
AP MLD. Therefore, I believe we can add relevant descriptions in the context section. However, currently, this section only contains unidirectional transmission content from the current AP MLD to the Target AP MLD.
In summary, I suggest adding transmission of SNonce from the current AP to the Target AP and ANonce from the Target AP to the current AP the following to the context section，as
shown in following:
