[STDS-802-11-TGBN] Green Tags for 11-26/0378

Hello Duncan, all,

Please find some green tags for this document, and some feedback on my side. 
PS: Please make sure that the resolution column is self contained for all those resolutons that you mention that the changes are already in D1.4.
