Hi Alfred,

 

I have uploaded a revised version of 11-26/0036. This document was presented in a TGbn MAC teleconferencing call and was deferred for offline discussions based on request from some members. Based on offline discussions there is consensus on this current version. I would like to request for some presentation time.
