Regarding your proposed resolution for CID 15711 related to:
A MAPC initiating AP shall not include the AP ID field in the MAPC element carried in the transmitted MAPC negotiation request, unless the MAPC initiating AP and the MAPC responding AP do not have an established MAPC agreement for any one of the Co-BF, Co-SR, or Co-TDMA MAPC schemes and the MAPC initiating AP is requesting to establish a new MAPC agreement for any one of the Co-BF, Co-SR, or Co-TDMA MAPC schemes by following the rules defined in 37.15.1.4.2 (MAPC agreement establishment).
My interpretation of this text is that it means the AP ID field can only be included when the conditions (following the “unless”) are met. It does not necessarily mean that the AP field shall be included when the conditions are met.
But I think you can modify the existing paragraph directly to address this:
A MAPC initiating AP shall not include the AP ID field in the MAPC element carried in the transmitted MAPC negotiation request, unless the MAPC initiating AP and the MAPC responding AP do not have an established MAPC agreement for any one of the Co-BF, Co-SR, or Co-TDMA MAPC schemes and the MAPC initiating AP is requesting to establish a new MAPC agreement for any one of the Co-BF, Co-SR, or Co-TDMA MAPC schemes by following the rules defined in 37.15.1.4.2 (MAPC agreement establishment), in which case the AP ID field shall be included.
If its fine, I would suggest a similar change for the paragraph after:
A MAPC responding AP shall not include the AP ID field in the MAPC element carried in the transmitted MAPC negotiation response, unless the MAPC initiating AP and the MAPC responding AP do not have an established MAPC agreement for any one of the Co-BF, Co-SR, or Co-TDMA MAPC schemes and it is accepting a new MAPC agreement for any one of Co-BF, Co-SR, or Co-TDMA MAPC schemes by following the rules defined in 37.15.1.4.2 (MAPC agreement establishment), in which case the AP ID field shall be included.
