[STDS-802-11-TGBP] TGbp SPs and motions for FRD/SFD

Hello, all, 

We will run tech SPs and Motions in Thursday PM2. If you prepared SPs, it's encouraged to have offline harmonization to merge similar SPs, so that we can reduce the amount of SPs/Motions with efficiency. 

If you have harmonized SPs ready to run, please send the SP text to the reflector before Thursday Noon. 

Normally, all SPs are informative without following action. But if one of your SPs is intended with a following Motion for FRD, please use following SP template:

"Do you agree to add following content to sub-clause XXX of FRD:

[content to add to FRD]

"

If one of your SPs is intended with a following Motion for SFD, please use following SP template:

"Do you agree to add following content to sub-clause XXX of SFD:

[content to add to SFD]

"
