I would like to nominate my colleague Jonghoe Koo for the position of Secretary to IEEE 802.11bq Task group.

 

Jonghoe has 15+ years of experience in multimedia (video streaming over Wi-Fi), protocol and service deployment for mobile security (embedded SIM and Smart Secure Platform), and wireless networking technologies (Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, 5G, Bluetooth and UWB).

 

He is currently contributing for IEEE 802.11bn.

 

He has been an active contributor for several other standardization bodies, GSMA, ETSI for embedded SIM and Smart Secure Platform technologies. He also has actively contributed to UWB-related technologies in IEEE 802.15.4 and FiRa Consortium. He bring a wide range  of experience and would be an asset to the group.
