Of note is that if there is more than one candidate, an election may take place prior to the motion.

With this email, I am calling for contributions you may want to present in
a)  our February 26th teleconference call (9:30am ET to 11:00am ET);
b)  our two 2-hour meeting slots in the March 2025 plenary (Wednesday AM2 and Thursday AM2)

Given the scope of our PAR mentions that "this [P802.11bq] amendment leverages or reuses existing PHY and MAC specifications defined for the operation in sub-7.25 GHz bands", any contribution about the scope of work of our task group is also welcome.  

In addition, given our task group is still at the beginning of the operation, priority may be given to contributions about (a) any proposed timeline of the P802.11bq amendment development, (b) any operations aspects in selecting technical contributions for draft amendment development (e.g., whether we need a functionality requirements document and/or specification framework document).

Of note is that please kindly consider a best practice to upload your contribution to our document server preferably at least one day in advance prior to your presentation.  It may help facilitate the review and discussion of your presentation.
