Could you please add the following motion to the motion list?


Move to add the following text to the 11bq SFD:

    The IMMW beam establishment procedure supports training M transmit antenna patterns and training N receive antenna patterns, where M and N are negotiated. 
    Note: M>=1, N>=1, M+N>2
