I updated the MAC comments spreadsheet, per a new convention for Ad-hoc Status:

- “Review” means a quick review is expected within the group, and the CID is ready to be done (unless discussion ensues)

- “Discuss” means the CID is ready for group review, but some discussion and/or help from more volunteers is expected before it is ready to be done.
