Document 11-13/0233r20 contains comment resolutions proposed for the editorial comments,  matching the edits in REVmc D2.1.

I’m hoping to approve these comment resolutions in November so that subsequent draft redlines show only the impact of

technical comment resolutions.

 

Resolution of comment 2069 resulted in ~800 changes,  to improve the consistency of naming conventions.

Please review the changes and bring any issues to debate in the November REVmc meetings.
